Natasha holds a B.Com (Honours) in Human Resource Management as well as an M.Com Industrial and Organisational Psychology degree obtained from the University of Pretoria. Her mini dissertation focused on assessing and refining a short version of the South African Psychological Ownership questionnaire (SAPOS) to assist in measuring employees’ perceptions of psychological ownership in terms of five dimensions (sense of belongingness, autonomy, responsibility, self-identity, and territoriality); in order to better understand their commitment to the organisation, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Natasha is also a duly registered Industrial Psychologist: Independent Practice with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
She has obtained experience and expertise within the broad domain of the Industrial Psychology and Human Capital fields including the use of psychometric tests and assessment centres to inform selection, development, and career development decisions; developmental feedback discussions with employees across different levels in the organisation; talent development and management; organisational development interventions focusing on organisational- and departmental effectiveness, organisational climate studies, change management, performance management, employee wellness, and process mapping; facilitation and presentation of workshops; as well as psycho-legal evaluations and report writing for personal injury claims.
