I am an Industrial Psychologist (PS 0019283), registered with the HPCSA, with more than 32 years’ experience. Amongst various other fields, I also specialize in Medico-Legal Assessments, in order to provide Attorneys with potential loss of income reports, related to RAF (Road Accident Fund) claims, Medical Negligence claims, Personal Injury claims, Wrongful Arrest claims, as well as Potential Loss of Support claims. In line with the Professional Code of Conduct, as set out by the HPCSA, I deliver objective and accurate reports, utilizing accredited psychometric assessments and thorough collateral interviews, in a timeously fashion. I recognize that my services contribute to the lives of my clients, and their potential loss of earnings. My other fields of interest are the running of organisational development interventions to improve the overall work morale of employees. Measuring performance together with a good understanding of Emotional Intelligence forms an integral part of improving employee morale. In addition to this, I really enjoy marriage guidance and sport psychology. Serving people with substance abuse further fulfill my calling in life.
