"I worked for 15 years as a Nurse, occupied various ranks in general wards, worked as a Tutor and Community Nurse, Finished off as a Nursing Service Manager for Community Health Services in Gauteng. During 1995 I left the profession and started a Training and Consulting Company, involved in HR, Labour Law and Organisational Development. Currently working as a Health Professional Mediator and Nursing Expert, I am also involved with the SETAs (As and when needed) to conduct Learning programme Evaluations for Accreditation of Training Providers and I aslo conduct External Moderations/Verifications towards the finalisation of SETA training programmes before issuing of the Certificates and Statement of Results by the SETA. I am also a Learning material developer, a Registered Assessor and Moderator with vast experience in SAQA and QCTO training processes and procedures.

As a Medico-Legal Expert I have worked with numerous maters related to Childbirth Complications and negligence/conducting assessments and preparing reports to be used in settlement litigations. As a Mediator I have had the opportunity of working in the SAMLA /RAF Mediation project which is ending/ended in July 2022. During this preiod I observed 7 matters, Co-Mediated 6 matters and I was the lead Mediator for at least 3 cases, all of which were settled amicably.
