Dr Hannetjie Edeling is a registered Counselling Psychologist (PS0030066). Her formal qualifications include a BSc Dietetics (Cum Laude, 1972, UP); a Diploma in Hospital Dietetics (1973, UP); an Honours degree in Psychology (Cum Laude, 1987, RAU); a Master’s degree in Psychology (1989, UNISA); and a D Litt et Phil (1994, RAU).
Additionally, she is a qualified Astrologer and NLP Master practitioner. She is an accredited mediator with MiM and Conflict Dynamics and believes that mediation is an area of much needed growth in our country, to promote peace and prosperity.
She is very involved in professional ethics and is a regular panel member of the disciplinary committees of the Health Professions Council of South Africa; is a member of the Ethics Committee of the Psychological Society of South Africa; and is the Administrative and Communications Director of the South African Medico-Legal Association.
Hannetjie’s intentions for her life and work are mindfulness, choice and goal-directed positivity.
